    FlowSpace is a concept SaaS product exploring how teams could visually design, manage, and monitor workflows in a clean, distraction-free interface.

    The project focuses on information hierarchy, responsive layout, and interaction clarity across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints. Particular attention was paid to navigation behavior, spacing systems, and visual consistency to ensure the UI feels intentional and scalable as the product grows.

    FlowSpace was designed and built as a self-directed product exercise, emphasizing real-world constraints such as responsive navigation, dashboard density, and progressive disclosure of complex data. The result is a polished, production-ready interface that demonstrates how thoughtful UI systems can support usability without overwhelming the user.

  • Wyoming State Auditor’s Office Web Design and Development

    Role: Lead UI/UX Designer & WordPress Developer
    Technologies: WordPress (custom theme), HTML/CSS, PHP, Accessibility (WCAG), Responsive Design

    I was responsible for the full redesign and development of the Wyoming State Auditor’s Office official website. The project began with a provided design direction, and I translated the visual concept into a fully functional, responsive WordPress website built from the ground up.

    My work included developing a clean, accessible layout optimized for clarity around the Auditor’s transparency initiatives, financial reporting, and key public resources. I implemented a custom theme tailored to the state’s branding requirements and ensured consistent typography, color systems, and component patterns across all pages.

    On the development side, I built modular page templates and flexible content blocks that allow non-technical staff to easily update reports, audits, and public information. I also structured the site with an emphasis on long-term maintainability, clean semantic markup, and ADA-compliant accessibility practices.

    The final result is a modern, easy-to-navigate public-facing website that supports citizens, legislators, and auditors with reliable access to financial information. The project strengthened the state’s digital transparency efforts and delivered a professional platform aligned with government standards and expectations.

  • Strapi + Next.js Portfolio Rebuild

    A full rebuild of my personal portfolio using Strapi v5 and Next.js 14 to showcase my AI workflow engineering, automation projects, and modern web development work. This project emphasizes reusable content structures, clean UI patterns, and real-world tech used across my current professional and freelance initiatives.

    This portfolio rebuild is part of a larger shift in my career toward AI-driven development, workflow engineering, and modern web architectures. By combining Strapi’s flexible CMS capabilities with the performance and developer experience of Next.js, I’m creating a platform that not only showcases my work but also reflects the direction the tech industry is heading. The new site will give me a structured way to present AI workflows, n8n automations, Strapi integrations, and case-study style write-ups that go deeper than basic project listings.

    This project also serves as hands-on practice with the technologies I’m using daily in both my full-time role and my freelance initiatives. I’m treating it like a real client build—designing a clean, scalable content model, deploying best practices with TypeScript, Tailwind, and server components, and creating reusable UI patterns that I can leverage in future freelance and automation-consulting work. The final result will be a polished, CMS-powered portfolio that grows with my skills and supports my next career move.

  • Enterprise Resource Library Modernization

    Led the redesign and optimization of a multi-department resource library for a large veterinary diagnostics company, ensuring secure access, updated documentation, and improved user experience across customer-facing applications.

    As part of the Customer Portal 2.0 initiative, I worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and regulatory teams to modernize and reorganize the enterprise resource library—an essential part of how clinics and internal teams access critical documentation.

    My responsibilities included auditing hundreds of existing documents, mapping ownership, identifying outdated content, and establishing a maintenance workflow. I developed a visibility system to ensure documents were accessible only to authorized user groups, reducing compliance risks and improving clarity for end-users.

    On the development side, I managed updates to the portal’s document retrieval features, standardized metadata formats, and implemented UI/UX improvements that made searching and browsing significantly easier for veterinary staff.

    This project strengthened the reliability and trustworthiness of the Customer Portal by ensuring that clinics always had access to the most current diagnostics guides, equipment manuals, marketing brochures, and training materials. It also reduced internal support tickets by improving accuracy and discoverability.
